Hey, we're Jacob and Shaun - two really good mates - looking for a housemate for our lovely home in Crofton Park. We've lived together for 2.5 years now, alongside our mate Kieron, who is leaving his room to move in with his partner. We love living here and really enjoy coming back to a chilled out, friendly and relaxed living environment. We're now looking for a like-minded person to join our home and to sign onto a new tenancy agreement with.

Shaun is a Librarian at Kings College and I work in Student Services at a university in Peckham. Collectively, we are huge lovers of Film, TV, reading and Music. We're both busy and independent people but we do always try to make the effort to socialise together.

The room is a great well-lit double bedroom on the second floor of a three bed flat. The bedroom comes with three built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space, and an Emma mattress bed with bed frame (the clothes frame, lamp and shelving unit are not included.)

The flat has a large spacious lounge with really good wifi, a wall mounted TV and a bookcase. It's also connected to a small balcony which we love using in the summer, alongside a shared garden!

The kitchen comes with standard white goods and accessories (as seen in picture), as well as plenty of storage space. There's also a cupboard under the stares that adds more storage space as well as a tumbledryer.

There is one bathroom that includes a bath/shower, storage, toilet and sink, as well as a small room that has a toilet.

The flat is situated in Crofton Park, which is located between Peckham and Lewisham. The three local stations are great for connections to central London and Croydon, as well as South East England.
