We've had a room become available in our beautiful Crofton Park home.

The bedroom overlooks the garden and gets light throughout the day. There's a built in cupboard with shelves and a bed and mattress if required (not the one pictured). Other than that, it comes unfurnished and ready for you to put your stamp on!

The house is really special, we have a big kitchen, two living spaces, two bathrooms and a sun-trap garden. Our landlord is reasonable and cares about the building.
We had a small rent increase last year, so wouldn't anticipate any drastic change to the rent in the near future (though of course we can't guarantee this).

Our house mate is moving out to buy her own place and would be looking for someone to take over her room from 22nd April - with potential flexibility for you to move in sooner depending on how smoothly the purchase goes.

You be living with Paige (me) and Tamsyn. We both like going to gigs and a chill pub night. We have the occasional film night at home and like to hang out outside of the house, but have our own lives too. Tam is great at gardening and is currently getting our veg patch ready for planting!

We have a cautious cat (Jeff), and two rabbits (Nora and Lenny) who live in Tamsyn's room.
