Room: Cute small double bed room. I've moved out and Livia and Eloise will be moving out end of Jan/early Feb.

The room is available from now until the end of Jan but the others would ideally like to find someone to move with (in the same area) in the new year.

Part furnished with bed and shelves.

Location: SE4. 5 minute walk from Crofton Park Station. 15-20 minute walk from Honor Oak/ Brockley Station.

About house: This is a semidetached house. We have a lovely garden, tiny greenhouse, big communal areas such as kitchen, dining area and sitting room.

Accessibility: Access: there's 3 steps to get into the house, the ground floor (living room, kitchen) is level and there's 3 further steps to get to the garden through the conservatory. All the bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor which is 14 steps up from the hallway.

Suits someone who's fairly quiet, this is definitely not a party house, but does like hanging out and watching a movie ect.

Preference for not cis-men.

Must like dogs as there's an little old chihuahua about.
