Lovely Double in Crofton Park 3-bed

We’re looking for a new housemate to move into our lovely 3-bed flat in Crofton Park.
Someone in their late 20s - early/mid 30s who is in full time employment/self employed.

*about the room*
The room is unfurnished and gets all the lovely morning sun. The views from the window are also amazing as there are no tall buildings around.
It’s on a high street but the double glazing keeps it very quiet.

*about the flat*
The 3-bed flat is spread across two floors - your room and Liz’s room are on the 2nd floor, while the kitchen, bathroom, and separate living room, and Emilia’s room are on the 1st floor. The carpet is pretty new and the flat is in great condition.
We’re still furnishing the living room so the more furniture you have, the better.

*about the area*
The flat is very well situated with great transport links and local shops.
We’re a 4min walk from Crofton Park, a 10min walk from Honor Oak Park, and a 15min walk from Brockley + 1min from buses that go all the way to central London.

*costs & move in date*
The move in date is the 7th of January 2026, with slight flexibility for it to be a bit later, but no later than the 20th of January!
The rent is £770 + bills (around £100-£150)
The deposit is £865.38

*about the housemates*
You’ll be living with Emilia and Liz, who are both musicians and teachers. They’re both really clean, friendly and easygoing!
We have partners and friends round so that’s not an issue, we just try to be considerate of each other.
We don’t have a cleaning rota but we really stay on top of cleaning and getting shared supplies like toilet roll, cleaning spray, etc.

*about you*
We’re looking for someone who’s around 30 years old, who is clean, considerate and easy going.
Someone who does their own thing but who also enjoys a friendly chat and a tea/glass of wine together every now and then!

Their referencing checks are pretty thorough so we’d need someone who’s ready to provide all the paperwork.

*viewings*
