Large sunny double room in SE London

Hello! My housemates and I are looking for someone to move into our lovely home at the beginning of June :)

The house is on a quiet road near Honor Oak Station (15min walk), Crofton Park Station (10min walk), and both Catford & Catford Bridge Stations (10min again). We're quite well connected with the Windrush overground line, SE trains into London Bridge, and the Thameslink.

We have a private garden, a large living/dining room, conservatory, and two bathrooms. There is also space for parking on the street if required.

A bit about the house:
We are three musicians and creatives. Poppy is an audio producer who's outdoorsy and into cycling, Tom is a music teacher and musician, as is John who plays double bass in fancy Jazz clubs.

A bit about the area:
We're right next to two lovely parks: Ladywell Fields and Blythe Hill, and only a short walk away from Brockley Cemetery and Hilly Fields. The Blythe Hill Tavern and The Chandos are two great pubs really nearby, and there are some nice cafes and places to eat too!
