The accommodation is in the basement level of our house with it's own front door.

We are offering a great ensuite double room, lounge and kitchen all on one floor for our lodger's use. It's not exclusive use (as we may pop down to use the laundry/garden in early evenings), and you may see us from time to time, but it's pretty much yours.

You will have a lot of privacy and plenty of space for one person.

Please note we are ONLY offering to rent the space on a Monday to Friday basis and will not consider a full-time lodger, so please don't ask! We've had five lodgers over the past few years and our accommodation works really well with this arrangement.

In detail:

The bedroom is a double room with an ensuite shower room with a wardrobe, lamp and side table.

The bedroom has access to a fully equipped out kitchen, washing machine, tumble and own large lounge with flat screen TV, blu-ray player, wireless broadband, sofa and a dining table all on the same level.

The back doors open directly onto the garden.

Transport is a 7 minute walk to Crofton Park rail (City Thameslink, 20 minute journey to City) or 10 minute walk to Honor Oak Park rail (London Overground, London Bridge or London Victoria, mainline to Croydon & Brighton).

The local park is a 5 mins walk (Blythe Hill) as are local shops/cafes/restaurants and a good butchers!

We're looking for someone who is quiet and considerate. It would be ideal for a professional who commutes to London on a weekly basis, but is not after a shared party house! We lead busy lives so our flat suits someone who is happy in their own company.

The house is semi detached in a quiet neighbourhood. We have a cat.

Short to long term lets considered.
