I am looking for a working professional to share my home with who is friendly, chilled and doesn't mind helping me keep the place clean and tidy and who doesn't work from home. This would ideally suit someone who is looking for a short term let, since i will be putting the house on the market.

Just a bit about me, I work from home and my interests lie in film and comedy. I enjoy socialising with friends, going to the gym and seeing everything London has to offer.

The house itself is a great place to relax after a hard days work. It has an attractive garden and lovely conservatory. It has all mod cons; internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The house is situated next to Ladywell fields, there are plenty of parks in the area. It's ideal for people who like walks, runs, greenary. The Bedroom itself is large and airy and has two windows. It has a double bed, two bedside tables, large wardrobe, built in wardrobe and desk.

The house has excellent transport links.
Catford, Catford Bridge, Crofton Park and Honor Oak train stations are all in walking distance from the house.
