I have a lovely room which is light and airy, inside the room there is a wardrobe, shelves, chest of drawers, small double bed, and a small desk. I'm looking for a working professional that doesn't work from home, friendly, easy going, clean and tidy .

The house has a homely, relaxed atmosphere with an attractive garden. The house is situated next to Ladywell fields, there are plenty of parks in the area. Its ideal for people who like walks, runs, greenary.

I work in the creative industry and am happy to eat together from time to time and hang out and also respect people's privacy. I am into comedy, films and theatre. I enjoy meeting new people and socialising with friends.

The house itself has all mod cons; fast internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. It has excellent transport links. It's under an 8 minute walk to Catford and Catford Bridge train stations, 15 minute walk to Crofton Park train station, and a 15/20 minute walk to Honor Oak Park train stations. There are plenty of buses that take you anywhere you want to go too.
