The flat is located a 5-minute walk to Earls Court tube station. 10 minute walk to Gloucester Road tube station.
3 minutes walk to a big Sainsbury super market and a small Waitrose supermarket. A 15 minute walk to the beautiful Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. A 10 minute walk to High Street Kensington and Whole Foods on Kensington High Street. 5 Minutes walk to David Lloyd Gym, Leisure center that has an amazing indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam run plus a massive gym.

The Kitchen and one Bathroom are shared with the two other flat mates, there is no living room. The kitchen is well-equipped and has an eat-in table, a microwave, a washer and a separate dryer. A cleaner cleans the communal parts twice a month that is included in the rent.

The room has a lock that can be locked from the inside and outside (with a key).
