1. This flat is located on the 2nd floor.
2. 3 minutes walk to Crossharbour station, 15 minutes walk to Canary Wharf station!
3. Massive ASDA, Tesco Express and corner shops are right next to the flat 🤩
4. Nuffield Gym is 3 minutes away.
5. We have great Chinese takeaway, food stalls, Papa johns, Sushi shop around the flat!
6. Post office, public library, and nice lake area are nearby
7. Two floored flat! The room is located on the downstairs, two rooms and bathroom is upstairs. So enjoy your quiet time!
8. Kitchen is shared. Fridge, highlights, couch, sharing kitchen utensils, washing machine are ready for you.
9. Bathroom is shared. Always can open window to keep the bathroom dry! Also the bathroom has garden view :D
10. Balcony is downstairs too! You can enjoy sunbathing in summer and build snowman in winter. I will add balcony pictures too! (Added 😎)

2. Stan: Portuguese, just graduated, love kpop, gamer, quiet, work most of times, goes to bed late, bubble tea lover.

🌿WE ARE LOOKING FOR..
both of us don't really invite friends to the flat. Maybe once in few months for birthday or something. We like the flat is quiet.
If you have a partner, it's fine! They don't count.
It's good to have small chats if we bump in the kitchen right
If you have an issue in the room, we will help you! We will catch you spiders 🕷️

🌿BILLS
Gas & Electricity: we have top up keys. Average monthly costs are £10 each.
Internet & Water: Internet bill is fixed, water depends on spendings, but usually £28 a month.
So bills will be £50 a month!!

Council tax is £42 per person a month!
