Im looking to do a contract handover with a new tenant as Im moving out of london and have a few months left on my renting contract!

The handover dates will be from may 1st till june 22nd and the landlord is open to contract renewal!
The rate was given to me as an offer so you cant find such a good deal for such a spacious flat in central london! (Sister flats are currently going for roughly £1900/month).

All bills including wifi, water, electric, and energy are included in the rent and they wont charge you for anything extra!
Also included in the rent is bi-weekly deep clean of the flat and access to all the building amenities.
