Hello! We’re a house of 3 girls looking for a 4th female housemate to join our home, as our current housemate is relocating.
Contract Info:
- Move-in date: 6th May 2026
- Deposit: £785.42 (paid to the current tenant).
- Rent: £784/month (due on the 6th).
- Bills: Approximately £110/month (including Council Tax Band E)
The Room:
- A bright double room at the front of the house and a 30 second walk from the river thames.
- Includes: Built-in wardrobe, drawers, bed, mattress, white desk and desk chair.
The House:
- Three-storey home with: Ground floor: Spacious kitchen, your bedroom, and toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. Second floor: one bedroom and one attic room (communal space).
Kitchen:
- Fully equipped with a washing machine and two fridges/freezers (shared two per fridge).
- Everyone has their own cupboard space plus additional storage.
- We share pans, cutlery, utensils, etc., but you're welcome to bring your own.
Other features:
- Storage available under the stairs and in the bathroom.
- Kitchen overlooks a peaceful pond often visited by ducks and friendly neighbourhood cats.
- House is located in a quiet complex away from main roads.
About Us (You’ll be living with):
Serosch – A project manager who loves cooking, eating out, and relaxing.
Yasheni – A data science consultant from Malaysia who enjoys cooking, baking and wall climbing (when motivated to do it).
We're working professionals who enjoy a balance of cosy nights in and exploring London. We're looking for someone likeminded, friendly, respectful, and someone who appreciates a clean and tidy living environment. We all share responsibility for general house cleaning and supplies and would like someone who values and contributes to maintaining a comfortable and organised home.
