Short-term sublet double room- pls read details

Hi everyone

I live in a 1+1 bedroom flat and subletting my double room for short term (up to 5 months) as I’m not home half the time. Also, I will be away for a month and hence it would be useful to have some extra income during these times.

To be clear, you will have the flat to yourself most of the time and I will crash over in the living room when I’m around.

The double room is fully furnished with big wardrobes (a lot of storage), a desk&chair and also 22 inches TV. There is a super-fast broadband internet connection.

The flat has its own garden and has access to car parking. It is situated in the heart of Crouch End which is the ‘posh end’ of N8; desirable, quiet, safe and trendy area . All the vibrant restaurants and bars, supermarkets (Waitrose, Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Cooperative), gyms, nail bar and boutique shops are 1 minute walking distance away :)

Most importantly 3 different parks (from small to big ones)are very nearby.

It’s possible to reach any of these underground/overground stations by taking one bus :
Crouch Hill (3 bus stops away)
Finsbury Park (6 stops)
Hornsey (3 stops)
Turnpike Lane (6 stops)
Archway station (7 stops )
