I have a spacious double bedroom available in our lovely two bedroom, spacious flat in the heart of crouch end. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, mattress, side table, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers.

The flat has a spacious and cosy living room/dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom and separate toilet room. We’re on the first floor with a balcony which get the sun all day in the summer time. It’s Also astroturfed and has tables, chairs and some fairy lights.

Deposit is £1100 but happy to be paid in instalments.

The area is really lovely with a real community vibe, lots of little markets in the centre, pubs and great restaurants. It’s also very close to Finsbury Park, Holloway and Archway. Transport links are Hornsey station which takes you direct to Highbury and Islington and Old Street etc in about 10 - 20 mins. Lots of buses such as W3 and W7 to Finsbury Park which has the Victoria & Piccadilly Line, 41 to Archway and the 91 to Trafalgar Square.

I’ve lived in the flat for nearly 3 years and have loved the flat and the area but I’m moving out to move on with my girlfriend. The current flatmate is a girl, aged 28 and a homeware product developer from the North.
