Hey!
We are a lovely bunch of 3 working professionals in London (2 Male and 1 Female) looking for a new flat mate to share our lovely home in Crouch End. Here we are a 5 minute walk from the village like centre where we enjoy wonderful boutique shops, Parks, Park Road Pool and Fitness, Virgin Active, Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Waitrose, Co-op and many more.

The room we have available is a Furnished Double Room (including a Bed and Large Wardrobe)
Per Calendar Month £600
Deposit £750
Bills £100 (usually just under) includes- Council Tax, Water, Broadband, Gas and Electric.

Room is available from the 17th of July.
£750 deposit and 1 months rent (£600) for the month ahead is needed up front along with the remainder of rent from new tenants move in date to make up the full month of July.

The Flat also includes a Large communal Lounge and communal garden where we enjoy to hang out and have drinks/dinner with friends.

Across the road from the Flat is Worsley Road bus stop which has the W7 Bus to Muswell Hill or Finsbury Park Tube Station. Also bus routes 41, 91, W5, N41, N91 are all a 6 minute walk from the house at Crouch End Broad Way Centre. Crouch Hill Train station is also a 5 minute journey away on the W7.
