There is a great selection of rooms available, all in immaculate condition. The rooms are UNFURNISHED so you will need to provide your own bed.

There are 22 rooms on 4 floors, each floor has a shower room and toilet.

There are 3 large, fully equipped kitchens, huge communal spaces, and a big garden.

Free on street parking is available, apart from 2pm-4pm Monday - Friday.

We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a monthly licence agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum of 28 days.

We only accept working professionals, 21 and over– no children or pets are allowed in the building.

We will require the following documentation from you:

• 3 months’ previous bank statements OR
• 3 months’ previous pay slips
• A copy of your passport OR photo ID
• A reference

We require the following payments from you to secure a room:

• 1 month upfront
• 1 month deposit
