The Room:

- Large, brightly lit room located on the top floor of the property. 

- Comes part furnished - double bed / mattress / small book shelf / TV stand / clothes rail included.

- The house has 2 bathrooms (both with showers and toilets), 1 separate toilet, and a shared kitchen/living room area.

- The rent includes council tax and WiFi but utilities are on top. (Usually £20-£30 a month max)

The Area:

The house is located in Crouch End just off the broadway. Crouch End is super friendly. An “urban village” with a homely feel to it. Lots of parks and places for brunch. Plus there are 2-3 gyms and 2 cinemas within a 5 minute walking distance. Plenty of great pubs and restaurants and it’s very safe. It’s a really great area to live. Well connected to the rest of London - National rail station (Hornsey) 13 minute walk, Archway (Northern Line) and Finsbury Park (Victoria/Piccadilly Line) both 10 mins by bus.

The current flatmates - Nick, Miles, Chiara and Dan - are great! ;) We all along with one another and socialise together when time allows. Although we all live very busy lives, there’s usually someone around to have a coffee with. We’re all young(ish) creative professionals with sociable(ish) working hours.
