Large Double En Suite room in beautiful flat

I am sadly leaving my beautiful flat in Crouch End. I have lived here for 1 1/2 years but my work takes me abroad and the current climate means that I haven't been staying here recently.

The flat is situated at the end of a one way street with Priory Park behind. It is very nicely decorated and maintained throughout and has been a much loved home to me.

The bus stop is a minute walk from the flat.
10-15 minutes bus journey to Finsbury Park
10 minutes bus journey to Turnpike Lane
10 minute walk to Hornsey Station.
5 minute walk to Alexandra Palace/Park
5 minute walk into Crouch End

I have been sharing the flat with Ros and Katy. Katy has also decided to leave as she will be remote working outside of London, but Ros is remaining and has been living here for almost 7 years!

We make the effort to go for drinks when we can and thanks to the lovely large living room space, a glass of wine or dinner is a regular occurrence too. I am sure Ros will want to continue this with the new housemate.

The room itself comes with a double bed (with room for storage underneath), wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables. Due to the fact it is an attic room, it has a rustic bare brick wall on one side and sky lights which keeps the room nice and fresh feeling. It also is the cosiest room in the house in winter!
En Suite - the room also comes with it's own bathroom with toilet, sink, vanity cabinet and corner bath. I have spent many evenings in the bath with a book - it's the perfect way to unwind!

If you're into fitness, we have a tennis court a minute from the house, and back on to a park which used to run boot camps every Saturday (I used to be a regular). There is also a cheap Yoga studio five minutes walk away.

Ally pally is a 5-minute walk and is literally our back garden in the summer. We often rock up in the evenings or weekends with a picnic blanket and drinks, enjoying the sunshine and views.

We have been blessed with a large Sainsbury supermarket a five-minute walk away, and a Tesco Express two minutes walk away. And the best fish and chip shop across the road!

I am really sad to be leaving but I'm sure that someone else can get so much more use and enjoyment from the flat.
