Hi all,

We are 3 friendly, professional females looking for a new housemate.

We have a large, airy and light filled double bedroom available in a beautiful detached house in Crouch End.

The room is furnished with plenty of storage and the house offers a large living room with cosy couches, a dining table and TV. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower cubicle aswell as a separate w. c.

The house is located at the top end of a private road, with no through traffic, and is a short walk into the centre of Crouch End with its cafes, restaurants, 2 cinemas and many independant shops. Its a 10 min walk, if that, to get onto the Parkland Walk and there are many parks, wooded areas, green spaces and Alexandra Palace nearby.

There are regular buses going to Finsbury Park, on the Piccadilly and Victoria line, and Crouch Hill and Hornsey stations are both a 15 min walk away.

It's a very relaxed environment where we all get along but also respect each others space too. It's a very peaceful bedroom overlooking the wonderfully big garden - which has a firepit to keep us warm and cosy through these winter months.

The rent excludes all bills, which amount to approx £110 per month to include council tax, water, gas/elec and internet. .
