We have a double room available from November in Crouch End, North London. The house is spacious and situated on a quiet road with a nice big garden. The cherry on top: there is no deposit required for this lovely room in a great location! 😊

About the room:
- The room comes with built in wardrobes, so plenty of storage options.
- First floor, overlooking peaceful garden with lots of natural light

- Kitchen and lounge (separate rooms) are both very spacious
- Living room has two double sofas and a huge TV with Chromecast
- Virgin fibre broadband at 200mbs
- Dining table and very well-equipped kitchen including 2 fridges, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher
- Large garden with decking and washing line
- Cleaner once a week
- Bathroom (shared by 3 others) plus separate WC downstairs
- House is always cosy thanks to double glazing

The main high road is around the corner which is usually lively, arty and full of restaurants and bars to explore in the evenings. There are a couple of gyms nearby, a selection of supermarkets, a cinema, banks, a park and Alexandra Palace is very close too!

Crouch End has good transportation links including bus stops on our doorstep connecting you to Finsbury Park station in 5/10 min, Archway Station in 15 minutes, Turnpike Lane station in 15 mins and Hornsey Railway station which is a 12 min walk. There are also buses and night buses that connect straight to Central London.

About us:
We are a tidy and respectful houseshare, who like to take care of the house. We are also sociable bunch of professionals who enjoy coming together to cook, chat, watch films/tv, play games etc.

The rent is £500 per month with bills on top (around £110-£130 per month) which covers, broadband, electricity, gas, council tax, water, heating and a weekly cleaner.
