Socialable household in Crouch End

We’re a house of 5 in a lovely area of Crouch End. We may be biased but we all agree that Crouch End is one of the best places to live in London- it’s not on a tube line but we’re a 15 minute walk to Highgate station, or a 15 minute bus to Finsbury Park station. So we have the benefit of being a quieter area of London whilst being really accessible. The area is incredibly safe and family friendly. If you’re an avo on sourdough fan then you would love it here!

2 of our housemates are moving out of London for work, so there are two rooms available. As a house we’re really sociable, but all have our own lives so are not on top of each other. For work- we have a primary teacher, marketer and a biomed researcher so we’re all quite busy in our professional lives. But when we’re home from work we’ll happily sit in front of the TV and watch drag race, or love island together with a bottle of wine/cans. We are also incredibly lucky to have 2 balconies overlooking Muswell Hill, so have spent some nights having BBQs or eating dinner on the roof. The pub down the road does a 10/10 roast which is also a plus.

Our landlord is also incredibly friendly and amenable!

Availability-
One room is larger with an en-suite. Our housemate is currently negotiating her leave date with work, and so although the date isn’t final, the room will be available from Christmas onwards.
The other is a slightly smaller room, but still a double. It has a shared bathroom and is available from 17th Dec.
