We are looking to rent out the basement space in our house to someone during the week (Mon to Fri or Sunday night to Thursday night). The space is basically self contained with a double room, private bathroom and kitchenette, with shared access through the main house.
The bedroom currently has a double bed and a projector - happy to discuss desk requirements if necessary. We’re happy to provide storage for anything you might want to leave here.
The kitchenette has a fridge and a combination microwave / oven. If you need to use the main kitchen that would also be fine.
The bathroom has a bath and a shower as well as direct access to the garden.
On street parking is also available.
A nightly rate is also an option we are willing to discuss.
