We have a bright furnished room available in a spacious and well settled flat share in the heart of Crouch End.

The flat is arranged over three floors with four bedrooms in total. The available room is on the top floor and comes furnished with a bed, mattress and a built in cupboard. Other items may be available by arrangement.

There is a large open plan kitchen and living space that we use as a shared area, along with two bathrooms. One has a shower over bath and toilet, and the other is a laundry room with an additional toilet.

You would be living with three women in their 30s working across coaching, TV and film, and events. We are friendly, warm and value living in a home that feels shared rather than just a place to sleep. We enjoy occasional meals, coffees or films together, while also having our own lives, routines and independence.

This is a community household. We share cleaning responsibilities, manage communal essentials together using Splitwise, and look after the space collectively. We are looking for someone who is kind, reliable, respectful and comfortable contributing to the everyday running of a home.

Working from home is absolutely cool. From time to time some of us work in the shared spaces, while always keeping them open and comfortable for cooking, socialising and everyday use too.

We are ideally looking for a female or non binary person in their 30s or early 40s who wants to be part of a household, not just rent a room.

Move in date is ideally between 1 March and 17 March, subject to referencing and agreement with the managing agent. The tenancy is a joint tenancy running until 17 July, which you would be joining.

We are looking for someone who is open to staying beyond July, subject to renewal. Our intention is to remain in the property beyond this date and historically the landlord has been open to renewing with the household.

We are therefore looking for someone who is dependable and happy with shared responsibility within a joint agreement. You will need to pass referencing with the managing agent and join the existing joint tenancy. The deposit is protected and transferred via the agent.

Bills are approximately £120 per month but vary seasonally. These include gas, electricity, water, internet and council tax. Each person takes responsibility for managing one household bill.

We’re looking for someone who’s interested in being part of a shared home, so a little context about you really helps us get a sense of fit.
