Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting May 1st. The current lease ends on the 15th of October, but you're welcome to extend the contract with the landlord.
The flat has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom and kitchen/lounge area. It is located in the lively area of Crouch End with loads of restaurants, pubs and shops nearby.
Transport links include Finsbury Park and Archway - both are a 10-minute bus / 25-minute walk away. Buses are very frequent.
You will be sharing the flat with one other (26F) professional. Rent is £925 per month (bills not included).
Please reach out if you are a woman (20+) working or studying and looking for somewhere to stay. Unfortunately, we will not be considering couples or people with pets.
