Huge room & private bathroom in modern 3BR house

We’re looking for a tidy, respectful, mature, preferably professional female seeking a relaxing space.

The space is a large, furnished, double room with your own private bathroom & toilet and an additional separate toilet & basin.

Your main bathroom includes toilet, basin, over/under sink cabinets, bath with shower over the bath and a separate shower cubicle.

The room is light filled and has a leafy outlook with views across to Alexandra Palace.

The monthly price includes all bills and fortnightly cleaning.

We are a married couple.

Through the week you will be sharing with one professional female and a very cute (non-shedding!) teeny-tiny dog; and a male professional over the weekends.

The room has double wardrobes, carpets and blinds.

The living / dining area looks out onto the garden through full width bifold doors and includes TV / entertainment equipment with Netflix etc.

The kitchen has most appliances including gas cooktop, dual ovens, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, washing machine, nespresso vertuo and most pans / crockery / cutlery / utensils you could need.

You are welcome to use our stuff or dedicated space can be allocated should you wish.

10 minutes to Finsbury Park, Highgate, or Archway tube stations by regular bus services (every 5 mins). Crouch Hill overground 5 minutes, and close to Ally Pally, Queen’s wood and Highgate wood.

Lots of local shopping, cosy pubs and restaurants all within minimal walking distance.

Street parking is available but requires a parking pass/permit from Haringey Council.

Strictly no unexpected guests or visitors!

To secure the room we require a deposit of £800 and rent to be paid monthly in advance.

We understand things in life change so we only request 2 weeks’ notice to be given to vacate. Rental refunds will be calculated on a straight per day basis and be made, with the deposit, subject to the room / property being vacated and left in a condition to the satisfaction of the remaining tenants.
Less than 2 weeks notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
