The only bills you have to pay is electricity . There is a meter in the room it takes pound coins and two pound coins .

If you like to work from home it’s set up with a desk and it’s very peaceful and quiet .
The property is 30 seconds from a bus stop with buses going to Crouch End , Muswell Hill and Wood Green .
Crouch End central is a short walk or even shorter bus ride where there are numerous pubs bars and restaurants .
Crouch End fields and Alexandra palace are also walking distance from the property..
There is free parking on the street .

Finsbury Park station is about 15 minutes away by bus depending on traffic . From there you have the Victoria line and it’s 11 minutes to Oxford Circus central London

. If you work in the city or east London Hornsey overground or Alexander palace station has many trains going this direction .
