Double room to rent in Crouch End

Looking for a housemate to join me in a spacious Crouch End flat due to a breakup! The flat is located right by ally pally and is about 15/20 mins to Finsbury Park station by bus - the bus stop is right outside the front door!

The flat has two bedrooms, a separate living room and kitchen and a small balcony. The room is currently used as spare room and so is unfinished so you would need your own bedroom furniture.

I’m 31 and work part time as a dental hygienist, looking for someone a similar age who’s friendly, sociable and laid back - would love a housemate who wants to be friends and have wine/movie nights together but also happy to respect each others space.

Rent is 787.50 per month for the room with bills on top, currently we’re paying about £200 each for gas/electric, water, broadband and council tax but happy to look around for new energy providers. The lease is due to be renewed for another 12 months and the deposit would be 5 weeks rent. The new tenancy would start from the 4th of June but can be flexible with an earlier move in date if needed.
