My room is available in Crouch End from 10th May.
Accommodation: You will be sharing a beautiful 4-bedroom flat with two friendly and laid-back girls. One of the rooms is used as an office space. The flat features spacious and well-furnished common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen (new oven), a cosy living room, and a bright and airy bathroom. You will have access to all household amenities, high-speed Internet, Washing Machine, and more. We appreciate a clean and tidy space, so we would love the new person to contribute and help maintain the cleanliness of the flat.
This bedroom was recently painted & is the warmest in the flat. There is a big window with lots of natural light and a second wardrobe and desk you can't see.

Bills are separate and are no more than £150 per month.

It's technically unfurnished but I am happy to sell the furniture in it for cheap 🙂

There is plenty of space to work from home in the flat & in the bedroom.

Location: Our flat is located in the heart of Crouch End, offering a perfect balance between peacefulness and city life. You will have easy access to independent cafes, boutique shops, and beautiful parks, including Alexandra Palace, all of which are within walking distance. The W3 bus stop is located directly outside our flat and will take you to Finsbury Park station within 10 minutes. From there, you will have access to the Victoria Line, Piccadilly Line, and Thameslink.
