Great room available in spacious flat in the heart of Crouch End. Rent start date is 18th June (no flexibility) with a 12 month contract commencing from this date.

The flat is comprised of 3 floors with a large open plan living room/kitchen on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and a toilet/laundry room on the second floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet on the top floor.

The available room is located on the second floor. All furniture is included apart from the desk.

Current flatmates are three females in their early 30s that work in TV/Film, theatre and the arts. They enjoy socialising over a meal, coffee/tea but also quite independent and have their own things going on. Looking for someone who is kind, respectful, happy to do their share of the cleaning and treat the place like their home. I have loved living in the flat and I am sad to be saying goodbye.

Rent: £595.89 due on the 18th each month
Bills: Currently around £80 (including water, gas, electric, internet and council tax)
Deposit: 5 weeks rent
You will need to undergo reference checks with the agency.
