We live on a quiet road in Crouch End, close to Alexandra Place and its farmers market, plus all the amenities, pubs & bars, gym, cricket club and tennis club Crouch End has to offer. Also 5mins from Hornsey Station, 10mins from Crouch Hill station, 15mins from Finsbury Park or Turn Park Lane & 30mins from Kings cross for any transport links.

The house has a small garage, decent size garden, large living room/dining room, separate kitchen, bathroom that has a separate shower plus a bath.

The room looks out onto the back garden, so it's quiet even with the windows open. The room comes unfinished however I would be open to selling / leaving some furniture

You would be sharing with 3 guys all in there 30’s (professionals). A graphic designer, Manager of a global charity and an Electrician. We all like football and have a projector set up in the living room for big games and the occasional beer together. We all cycle albeit to different levels/standards but a good mix.

We all like to keep the house in a clean and tidy state and would like the new tenant to have the same attitude.
