There is a massive wardrobe in the bedroom and it comes furnished with a dresser and bed (there might be other furniture our current flatmate could leave but tbd). The lighting in the flat is great. Washing machine in the flat and we have a bath!
The location is really great, all amenities walking distance, and surrounded by nature. About a 30 minute journey to central. (10 mins bus to finsbury park, 15 min walk to Harringay and Highgate stations)
Ideally looking for someone who works out of the house as we already have a wfh flatmate :)
Bills come to around 100 and include water, wifi, energy, and council tax!
