Hey! We are looking for a new housemate to move in to our relaxed and friendly 5 bed house share. Ideally we're looking for someone who wants to stay long term.

The house is plant-filled with a big green garden and we are a few mins walk from both Crouch End high street and Queens Wood.

You'll be living with three guys and one gal who do a mix of work in IT, children's policy, audio and working directly with vulnerable people. Most of us have a balance of working in our rooms when we need to plus a few days in the office/out at meetings/visits.

We are an easy going but considerate house and all love the village-y feel of Crouch End and being so close to nature but still close enough to easily make the most of London. We each have our own lives but also like to hang out together sometimes and make the place a comfy, relaxing home. Some of our interests include the outdoors, live music, photography and meditation.

We're looking for someone who is laidback and respectful at home, and it would suit people who want a balance between doing their own thing and making the place a home.

The Room:
- Big double + top floor + original fireplace
- Includes a bed + wardrobe

The House:
• Large Victorian 5 bed house over two floors
• Spacious lounge with a huge and very comfy corner sofa with a garden view. Filled with plants, art and an acoustic guitar
• Modern kitchen with gas hobs and dishwasher, big fridge-freezer and loads of pots/pans/utensils etc
• Two bathrooms (one with bath, both showers are great!) and an extra toilet
• The garden is very big, with lots of flowers in spring and a tree for shade and our neighbours are lovely. We have a huge BBQ too

The Location:
- We're very close to the shops as well as Queen's Wood, Ally Pally & Parkland Walk
- The Lido and gym are literally two mins away
- There's also loads of independent coffee shops, cosy pubs and restaurants nearby, two cinemas, plus a late night bar serving the best pizza!

Commuting:
- Very frequent buses to Finsbury and Archway tubes
- The main bus stop is also a couple mins walk away so commuting is easy and quick
- The bus ride from the tube to home isnt too far at all and really worth it to live in a calmer, chill place away from big interchanges near tube stations. Your nervous system actually relaxes on the bus ride as you escape the chaos!

Bus/walks to tube stations:
- 15 mins bus ride to Finsbury Park tube (Victoria & Piccadilly lines & Rail)
• 20 mins bus ride to Archway tube (Northern line)
• Crouch Hill overground station is a 10 min bus ride or 30 mins walk
• Highgate tube (Northern line) and Hornsey Rail Station are both 20 mins walk away

• Bills are approximately £150 pm (includes a fortnightly cleaner and super-fast internet)
