Crouch End room with view towards Ally Pally

An airy room in a 3 bed flat on the top floor of a Crouch End modern block, right on the high street. I am a live-in landlord, in my sixties. I work from home and am a musician. I mostly work with headphones, composing, editing scores, or doing admin. I see a few students once a month on a Sunday afternoon, though there may be some students coming in on Saturdays for the next six months from February. All students are adult and we sing together in the main room.

I am looking for a professional person to fill the 3rd bedroom as my current lodger is moving on. The second bedroom has the other lodger who is a fireman.

We share the kitchen, plenty of work top and storage space and each person has their own fridge. There is some seating space for relaxation there too.

The Council tax is Band E and your share is included in the rent. There is a lift in the block and some bike storage in the car parking area.

I am advertising now to get the word out but will start showing the room from January 8th or 9th as I'm working on a project with a big deadline on January 7th and I need to focus on that, til then.
