Room to rent in Crouch End flat share

We're looking for a new flatmate to take a quiet attic bedroom room in a three-bedroom flat in Crouch End.

The room:

Attic bedroom on the top floor, furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, and eaves storage. The room provides a good amount of space and privacy.

The room is available from the 28th February 2026, when the contract is renewed for another term, and we are ideally looking for someone to move in on or around this date.

The property:

The property is a house split into two flats. We're on the top two floors.

Shared kitchen with all modern appliances.

Bathroom with bath and (good!) shower, shared with one other tenant (third has ensuite).

Rent is £866.67pcm. Monthly utility bills are roughly an additional £200pcm (council tax band is F).

Friendly, attentive landlord.

The area:

Crouch End is a great area. We're a short walk from the high street, where there's a great selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Also two cinemas, gyms and several local parks.

We’re well connected by several bus routes, including the W3 and W7 which go to Finsbury Park, and the 91 which goes to Trafalgar Square.

Transport links:
- Hornsey station: 10 min walk
- Crouch Hill Overground: 15 min walk
- Finsbury Park station: 20 min walk or 5 min bus ride.

The flatmates:

Current flatmates are two male professionals, looking to replace a flatmate who is moving out. As a flat we get on well and try to do something social once a week, be it going to the pub, watching a film or playing some video games. But equally happy to respect each other’s space if you feel like having a quiet one.
