A bright double room is becoming available in a lovely second floor 2 bed flat right in the heart of Crouch End, you genuinely couldn’t ask for better access to everything the area has to offer. Cafés, shops, restaurants, gyms, cinemas and great transport links are all just moments from the front door - I'm talking seconds!
You’ll be sharing with me Steph a 36 year old studio manager and my cat Elmo, so being a cat lover is essential 🐾. I’m looking for someone who wants this to feel like a proper home, relaxed, respectful, and kept tidy. I work from home 3-4 days & in the office 1-2 times a week. In my spare time I like travelling, seeing friends, charity shop hunting, exercising and eating good food!

* Fully furnished communal areas (all furnished by me)
* big living/dining room with access to balcony
* Kitchen includes washing machine, air fryer, toaster, microwave & lots of cupboard space.
* Bathroom features a bath and shower, including huge wall mirror too!
* Outside internal flat door there is cupboard that can be used for extra storage

* Small outdoor balcony - fab in the summer & catches the sun all day!
* Great transport links - 10 minutes walk to Hornsey train station & 10 minutes to Finsbury Park Tube by bus.

Rent:

* Approx. £1,100-150 per month including all bills depending on the season.

I’m ideally looking for someone considerate, friendly, easygoing, and house-proud who’s happy to share a calm, comfortable space (and the occasional cat cuddle). Would be great to sometimes have the occasional dinner or drink together & to make a new friend not just exist in the flat together!
