Gorgeous, modern double room in a great location

Hi everyone!

I’m sad to be leaving my room in this beautiful flat, but I’ve decided to move out of London. I’m looking for someone friendly to take my place and share with my current flatmate (and good friend!), Abed.

Abed is 26, originally from Palestine, and works as a software engineer. He’s super easy-going, friendly, and just an all-around great guy to live with.

The Flat & Room

The flat is honestly stunning. It was recently completely renovated, so everything is super modern, and fully furnished. We’ve got a really spacious living room and a lovely private balcony that looks out over the building's quiet communal park, perfect for a morning coffee!

The bedroom itself is a great-sized double, comes fully furnished, and has massive built-in wardrobes so you definitely won't be short on storage space.

The Area

The location (N8 0DB) is kind of the best of all worlds because you're right in the middle of some amazing spots:

Hornsey is a short walk away for cute village vibes and greenery.

Crouch End is close by for great independent cafes and restaurants.

Wood Green is down the road for cheap shopping and really good food.

Getting around is super easy, Turnpike Lane station (Piccadilly Line) is only a 10-minute walk away.

For food shops, you're sorted: there’s a big Sainsbury's 10 mins one way, and a Lidl 10 mins the other way.

Also, if you like getting outdoors, the New River canal path is basically on our doorstep (4 mins away). You can follow the water and walk right up to Alexandra Palace in about 15 minutes!

The flat is in the borough of Haringey. Council tax is band D and it amounts to £112.5 per person.
We also pay energy bills which is around £40 per person, as well as £15 per person for fast 1 Gig fibre broadband.
