🧘☀️Join me in my North London Oasis - Double Room with Private Bathroom | £1,250 pcm (perfect for someone new to London)
I'm looking for a friendly flatmate to join me in my bright and spacious two-bedroom flat in Crouch End. The room comes fully furnished, has direct access to our huge terrace, and you'll have your own private bathroom. Ideal move-in date is April 1st - but I can be flexible.
Rent: £1,250 per month (includes council tax, WiFi and a fortnightly cleaner)
Bills: Water and energy average around £200 per month total (about £100 each). This is based on winter usage so will likely drop over the summer months.
The Room: A bright and comfortable double room that comes fully furnished with everything you need
• Queen-sized bed
• Built-in wardrobe
• Desk and chair
• Door with direct access to the terrace
• Your own private bathroom (not ensuite - I have the ensuite in my room so the bathroom is just for your use)
The Flat: Situated on the third floor, the flat gets loads of natural light and has a huge terrace.
I absolutely adore this flat - it really feels like a home. It’s fully furnished and well-equipped, so it would be ideal for someone new to London who doesn’t want the hassle of buying lots of home items. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need for cooking or baking, and I’m happy to provide things like sheets and towels if helpful.
The Location: The flat is located in Crouch End, next to Hornsey Library - voted one of the best neighbourhoods to live in London by The Guardian. It has a lovely village feel while still being well-connected to Central London.
Finsbury Park is a 25-minute walk or 7-minute bus ride away, giving easy access to the Victoria Line and quick trains into King’s Cross, Old Street and the City.
The neighbourhood is full of great independent coffee shops, restaurants and pubs, and there are several gyms nearby - including 3Tribes and Virgin Active within a 5-minute walk.
If you enjoy the outdoors, you’re also perfectly placed for:
• Alexandra Palace (20 minutes by bike)
• Hampstead Heath (under 20 minutes cycling)
• The Parkland Walk, just around the corner for greenery and long walks and runs.
About Me:
I'm 29 and work in marketing. I've lived in London for six years and really love the city.
Outside work I’m usually at yoga, going on long coffee walks, trying new restaurants, or catching up with friends. I have quite a busy summer coming up (eight weddings and four hen dos!) so I’ll be away quite a few weekends this spring and summer but I’d love to find someone friendly and easygoing so we have a nice relaxed vibe at home.
I'm ideally looking for another professional - someone who enjoys their own space but is also happy to chat and create a comfortable environment.
The flat is perfect if you're looking to explore all the beauty of North London while still having great transport links into central London.
If it sounds like a good fit, send me a message with a little bit about yourself and we can arrange a viewing.
