Cozy room in friendly professional flat

Hey potential friend/flatmate,

We have a room available from the beginning of May in our friendly flat. Its a three bed flat split over the top two floors, opposite priory park and a 10min walk from the lovely Crouch End high street. It has two bathrooms, loads of storage and a large combined kitchen/living room. We have a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The room itself is on the top floor facing the garden where youll be sharing a bathroom with me. The room is spacious with a MASSIVE amount of storage with a cupboard running along the whole side of the room (prolly larger than some rooms in london).

Bills in total incl. council tax and a fortnightly cleaner are around £100-150pm pp.

Youll be sharing with me (Emil), and Phoebe and Callum who share the downstairs bedroom. We're a friendly bunch who like to keep our home relatively tidy and chill and are looking for someone similar. If interested drop us a message with any questions and tell us a bit about yourself!
