Large Double in friendly house share

Absolute steal of a room available to rent in May (pretty flexible dates wise) in a house above a restaurant on Broadway Parade. I (34, M) will be leaving in the 2nd half of May. We are currently a 2 male and 2 female household. The housemates are easy-going, chill and a mix of professions. We are however only looking for those in full-time employment, in order to pass referencing.

There is a huge living room with bay windows looking over the main road, and a cosier-sized kitchen. The room comes with a double bed, sofa, wardrobe and several chest of drawers. Lots of natural light through the front-facing windows looking over the main road. Same goes for the living room, and you can see Ally Pally from the kitchen!

Lovely part of town with great pubs, cafés, restaurant and local shops. 24 hour bus connections to Central London. Finsbury Park station is about 10-15 minutes by bus.

There is a fortnightly cleaner for the communal spaces, which is £13.43 each. Bills and council tax are not included and done on a monthly basis.
