You would be sharing with one other woman aged 26, who is intelligent and friendly, considerate and clean. The house is quiet and clean, with a smallish shared kitchen, plus a bathroom with bath tub and thermostatic shower. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. There is no shared living room but the room itself is spacious and bright, with a fabulous view. There is a washing machine and other utilities such as a gas cooker, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, cooking pots, kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery, etc. Plus there is WIFI connection included.

The house is within easy walking distance or bus ride to Crouch End village, with all its restaurants, cafés and shops, a vibrant, interesting area. The nearest tube station is Finsbury Park, twelve minutes walk or 5 mins bus. Haringey overground is 5 minutes walk away and connects to the city. Nearby Crouch Hill overground station connects to Gospel Oak and to Barking. The W5 stops at the end of the road and goes to Archway and to Harringay Green Lanes.

The room would suit a professional working woman or mature student, strictly non-smoking. Everyone is very friendly but it's not a party house – more a beautiful, homely sanctuary.
