This is a lovely sunny double attic room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk for a single occupant.

It has a cosy private little kitchen next door to the main bedsit. There is a shared bathroom and a separate shower room with an additional toilet on the lower floors.

The house is very quiet and clean and we are looking for someone to fit in with the current sharers who are all very pleasant, but all very busy.

The house is cleaned once a week by a cleaner who makes sure that the bathroom, toilets etc are always looked after and who keeps the hallway and entrance clean.

We have fabulous access to transport to both the West End and the City both of which can be reached in around thirty minutes on an average weekday.

We are two minutes from the famous Crouch End Clock Tower and therefore very accessible for all the amenities of the "village".

In Crouch End we are now lucky enough to have a choice of a recently extended Waitrose and a Tesco Express. There is also a Marks food store and a large Sainsburys too. We have many small independent shops such as a wet fish shop, professional butchers and little convenience stores covering all spices and vegetables imaginable. There is a large choice of bakers ranging from Gregs to Dunns and a huge choice of coffee shops and cafes.

There are venues where there is live music during the week, quiz nights and an excellent selection of eating houses of every nationality, together with bars, pubs and two cinemas.

There is parking outside the house but you would have to obtain a permit from Haringey Council to park during the weekdays.

If you need peace and quiet for your private time then this is the ideal location.
