From the centre of Crouch End a short bus ride takes you to Finsbury Park (zone 2) where there is a Tube station for the Victoria & Piccadilly lines plus overground rail services.

A five minute walk and you are in Shepherds Cot, a leafy green area of tennis and cricket clubs, leading into Queens and Highgate Wood.

The studio rent is £1050 pcm excluding bills. £75/month charge for bills, total rental charge inc. all bills £1125 per month.
