We have a good sized double room available in our four bedroom flat. It's free from mid August and you'll be sharing with 2 men and a woman. We work in healthcare, media and the arts, and some of us have been happily living in the flat for a few years.
Previously in the flat we have always had our separate lives, but get on well and occasionally get together to share food or do something outside of flat life. We're looking for people who are friendly and respectful, who will treat the flat as a home rather than just a place to stay.
The flat is across two floors and has a sitting room with dining table, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a utility room. The room is unfurnished and quite large. There are also handy storage cupboards on the landing.
The flat is located in a great area with a village feel, close to lots of shops, pubs and restaurants and is very well connected with an average commute time to central London of around 30-40 minutes
-W7 / W3 bus route to Finsbury Park station and tube
-91 bus route also goes directly from N8 in to town
-Crouch Hill overground and Hornsey station are a 15 minute walk away
Deposit is approx. 1 month's rent, plus the first month's rent upfront.
