You would be sharing with one other friendly and respectful female graduate, aged 26. The house is quiet and clean, with a small shared kitchen and a modern bathroom with bath tub and thermostatic shower. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. There is no shared living room but the room itself is large.

There is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and other usual appliances, gas cooker, fridge, cooking pots, cutlery, crockery, kettle, iron and ironing board, etc. There is WiFi broadband included

The house is within easy walking distance or bus ride to Crouch End village with all its restaurants, cafés, shops, cinemas, a vibrant, interesting area. The nearest underground station is Finsbury Park, 12 minutes walk or 5 minutes bus ride. Harringay overground (Great Northern) is 5 minutes walk and connects to the city (direct to Moorgate). Nearby Crouch Hill overground station connects west to Gospel Oak and east to Barking. The W5 stops at the end of the road and goes to Archway and to Harringay Green Lanes.

The room would suit a professional working woman (23 – 34), strictly non smoking. It's not a party house – more a comfortable, homely sanctuary.
