Room in beautiful flat with wonderful flatmates

LARGE (hard to come by in London!), brightly lit, part-furnished bedroom available in a beautiful flat slap bang in the middle of Crouch End. The bedroom is spacious and minimal and there is a newly refurbed bathroom only used by 2 flatmates which is a god send when everyone is on the same schedule! Our current flatmate is moving to Sri Lanka for work so time to fly the nest sadly.

I like to say that Crouch End is a gem in London, far enough out to have a villagey feel, but close enough that you could get to the Victoria Line in 10 minutes and be in Oxford Circus in 12! It's really well served by buses and overground stations too that head into Liverpool St in minutes.

I'm currently a flat mate working in advertising in East London and my other flat mate works in advertising as well. We are house proud and whilst we have busy schedules, we like to catch up on Sundays watching TV and maybe cooking together.

We are looking for a fun female or male to move in who is respectful, clean, tidy yadda yadda, has their own life but equally wants a place in London to call home.

The room is available from around the middle of October.
