Double Room To Rent For Winter

We are looking for some good, considerate, clean people to take care of our place while we are abroad, ideally btwn Jan1st till end of april(flexible)
£650/1 person or £700/2 people/month + some bills (gas & electricity, max £35/pp.)

The room is huge, about 20 square mtrs, with plenty of storage, south-west facing, sunny and bright, has a comfortable sofa-bed and a little balcony. the flat is on top 2 floors of a Victorian house, has separate entrance and a garden. The house is clean, quiet, relaxed, and full of colors. You'll be sharing with 2 others. The area is quiet (no-through road)and pretty safe.

You can reach central London within 30 mins - 5 mins walk + 6 bus stops to Finsbury Park, or 3mins walk + 4bus stops to Turnpike Lane, or 10 mins walk to the trains which will take you to King's Cross (8 mins) or, on the weekdays, directly to the City (15 mins).
There's virtually free parking at out street, the only restrictions are between 11am - 1pm on weekdays. And we can provide parking permits if needed.

Things to note & some rules:
- please do keep the house clean - meaning leaving things as you found them, cleaning up after yourself, also participating in general clean-ups. THIS IS NOT A GUIDELINE, ITS CONDITION. We really wish to find the room, shared areas and everything in it as it was when you moved in.
- this room is full of plants and we'd REALLY appreciate if you water them:)
- we DO NOT have: dishwasher, microwave, TV or TV LICENCE - if you are a tv fan we'll ask you to buy it :(

- no extreme noises late at night, it's not a party-house
- Please do not smoke in the house - you can smoke on the balcony or in the garden.
- no shoes in the house
- unfortunately there's only one bathroom in the house (for 3 or 4 people) so please be considerate of others - no long baths in the morning please!
- we have animals here (a cat and a dog) and although we take them with us so they won't be here, we cannot guarantee the house will be completely hair-free if you are allergic :(
- Otherwise - if you have pets, you are more then welcome to bring them with you, the house has cat-flap and its fairly safe outside
