Double room close to Crystal Palace and amenities

Sadly my current flatmate is moving on, and being reluctant to leave such a vibrant and convenient area I am looking for a successor.

The flat is ideally situated with a 2 minute walk to the triangle, where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and a large Sainsbury's.

There are numerous parks nearby including Crystal Palace park, which houses a large sports centre.

There are excellent travel links to London - Gipsy Hill Station is 10 min walk (Victoria 20 min, London Bridge 15 min), Crystal Palace Station is 15 min walk (overground links to North and East London). There is also a bus station in town (3 to London 40 min).

The room is a small double but you can use the whole flat for extra storage. The flat is furnished with corner sofa, big-ass tv, fridge, seperate freezer, cooker/oven, washing machine, microwave, high-speed broadband etc. I work nights so you will have the flat to yourself 80% of the time. When I am home I'm rather sociable.
