This is an add for cool people only, easy going and respectful - passion for cooking would be appreciated, just to have fun sometimes.

Newly refurbished flat located in the middle of the Triangle of Crystal Place, 10 minutes away from Crystal Palace Station and Gispy Hill Station. Pubs, shops and nice people found as soon as you step out from the door.

The room is on the rear of the flat so it is quiet on night time and sunny and bright in the morning. Double bed, huge oak built- wardrobe currently is occupied by a 28 years old girl.

Living area located just in front of the main road with view on London.

The huge bathroom with bath and shower over it is shared with another guy only (me). The third bedroom has is own toilet and shower.

We constantly keep the flat clean and in good condition but is a cleaner coming fortnightly to clean up what we have left behind.

The flat is newly refurbished to high standard and we are 2 male professional on our 33 and 35 with passion for football, food and movies.
