Homely Garden Flatshare Crystal Palace 1 en-suite

Hello!

Jenny, Nadine and David here, we have just moved into a lovely flat in Crystal Palace and need to find 1 other housemate to join us! The flat is minutes from the ‘triangle’ in Crystal Palace, overlooking lovely views.

We are able to conduct viewings over zoom, or in a safe socially distances manner in person.

The room is a great size and newly refurbished with an en-suite each, the rent is reasonable for the size. Price depends on if you want it furnished or un-furnished £725-£750 a month, with bills included.

The living room is accompanied with lovely vintage furniture and plants are encouraged. You can bring your own furniture and plants too, to make the place your own! There’s enough space in each bedroom for a desk, so if you work from home that’s not a problem. You would also have your own garden terrace access.

The garden it's self over looks lovely views, and has a fire pit! There is great potential for those with green fingers, to join Jenny in her plans for a small greenhouse area.

The flat has recently been re-decorated and newly insulated, so it is really warm and cosy here. While the bathrooms are are all brand new also.

Nadine:
I'm a 26 year old that works in book publishing, from a creative background having studied IIlustration. Who likes to relax on weeknights by cooking and watching TV, so someone looking for similar would be perfect. I have two adorable cats who are very friendly and well behaved. They mostly stay in my room but will like to check you out from time to time.

Jenny:
I'm a 33 year old country bumpkin enjoying London. I run art workshops with children and sell illustrative prints of my own artwork. I love my allotment and a posh glass of wine on a Friday. Also I'm a pescatarian and pretty eco-friendly.

David:

I'm 27 and work as a Data Scientist for the civil service. I'm into boardgames and enjoy getting outside and exploring at every opportunity. I spend my evenings experimenting with my pasta machine and rewatching The West Wing. Slowly amassing enough houseplants to turn my room into a jungle.

We love plants - more are welcome! cooking and baking so are looking for a flatmate who would want to join a nice, chilled homely home. We also enjoy watching films and pub quizzes, which is great as there’s loads in the area!

We're seeking like-minded housemates (must like cats!) who would like to become friends rather than just being confined in their rooms.
