I have nice flat with garden based 5 mins walk from famous Crystal Palace triangle full of coffee shops, restaurants, market and 7 mins walk from Gipsy Hill station. I’m also single mother to a little boy ( 3 years old ) which is super child and very active so you have to be aware of noise as this is a family home . I’m working Mon-Fri so we don’t spend much time in the flat . I would like someone who Is super clean ( sorry this is very important to me!) and respectful towards me and my son. If you like laying in until mid day i don’t think this will be place for you - sorry .
The room is very compact and
only for short term ( someone who is looking for flat and it’s stuck between , or travelling through work etc) / could be mon-fri as well. but if I found the right candidate I’m happy extend it .
